Coming on the heels of a widely distributed study by the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) demonstrating why Senator Joel Anderson (Ret.) will win the 2nd District Board of Supervisors seat this November 3rd, the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce, the business powerhouse has endorsed Anderson.
