On Tuesday, during a Los Alamitos Unified School District Board of Education meeting, concerned parent Lauren Roupoli took the stage. She voiced her grievances for the mask mandates imposed on students in the school district. Roupoli explained that whatever benefits mask mandates have on children (i.e., none), the risks take precedence and added that “We (parents) are vocal because we are our children’s biggest advocates.” Her speech was met with applause from other worried parents, but the story does not end there.
During the applause, the board’s president, Marlys Davidson, picked up the mic and cursed “F**k you” at Roupoli. Unfortunately, Davidson wasn’t aware her mic was on when she swore and thus issued an apology, “When members of the public address the Board of Education, they must be heard with respect. I reaffirm my commitment to serve our community with dignity and integrity, and I hope they will accept my sincere apology,” Davidson said.
However, Roupoli didn’t think her statement was enough and called on Davidson to resign her post, “After her true colors showed last night, there’s no taking that back”. But that won’t happen, and the reason is that Democratic decency has gone out the window. Politicians held morality in high regards, such as President Nixon’s resignation during the Watergate scandal.
But that changed when Bill Clinton refused to leave office after sexually mistreating several of his White House interns. The same is true of Dr. Fauci, who funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan and tortured and killed puppies in brutal experiments. Do you think he’s leaving the Biden Admin anytime soon? This is the new standard of the Left, and the only way to destroy them is to vote them out and say “no more.”
