Fauci Caught In A Perpetual Cycle Of Lies

New publicly released documents regarding U.S. funding of Coronavirus research in Wuhan, China, indicate that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied once again. Dr. Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), stated in an official report to Congress numbers that are significantly lower than these documents state, meaning that he publicly lied once again.

Rand Paul blasted Fauci on Tuesday following the release of this news, stating, “Surprise surprise – Fauci lied again. And I was right about his agency funding the novel Coronavirus research at Wuhan.”

Fauci responded, denying everything, “I have never lied before the Congress, and I do not retract that statement. [Paul was] judged by qualified staff up and down the chain as not being gain of function,” he shot back. “You do not know what you are talking about quite frankly, and I want to say that officially,” Fauci added.

The initial report stated the U.S. government allotted $3.1 million to the American organization EcoHealth Alliance working on bat-related coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). The 900-page-long report goes into detail, stating that roughly $600,000 was used by the institute to alter coronavirus pathogens in bats to transfer them to humans.

Another section of the report stated that experiments were done on mice engineered with human cell receptors at the Wuhan University Center for Animal Experiment instead of the WIV.

With all this in mind, it makes sense why Fauci would lie openly about the matter. As Paul points out, “you’re dancing around this because you’re trying to obscure responsibility.”
