This Sunday, July 25th at 3 pm the group Shield of David is set to hold a free rally to reject antisemitism and support Judeo-Christian Values. Featuring keynote speaker Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, recall candidate Larry Elders, Mayor of El Cajon Bill Wells, and other notable speakers such as Dumisani Washington from Black Solidarity with Israel, student activist Jennifer Karlan, and Iranian Jew and survivor of an anti-Semitic attack Matthew Haverim.
Also in attendance will be the President of the Shield of David Dr. Eli Ben-Moshe and the CEO of the Shield of David Brian Blacher. The point of the rally is to bring attention to a growing number of antisemitic events in the U.S., the event site states “Because the number of Antisemitic attacks has never been this high in the U.S. Jew-hatred seem to have no consequences. We deserve to go to a restaurant without being harassed for being a Jew. We deserve to be protected by law the same way as any other minority group.”
The rally is set to be held at the Prescott Promenade, at 201 East Main Street, El Cajon 92020.
