SAN DIEGO- County Supervisor Desmond will be available to the media for a statement and questions while visiting the border in light of Title 42 expiring. Supervisor Desmond will discuss the importance of having the right approach to U.S. borders to ensure that those entering the United States do so orderly and humanely.
