The Falcons will serve one of San Diego’s lowest socioeconomic communities and will create opportunities for kids going forward. They are turning to the community in hopes of enlisting support and will turn no child away for lack of financial means.
The San Diego Falcons were formed by a group of volunteers with the goal of facilitating educational opportunities, athletic excellence, promoting physical fitness, and sportsmanship, all while challenging kids and helping them stay off the streets. By joining and competing in the San Diego West Coast Conference Pop Warner, the Falcons provide a healthy and competitive environment for kids to learn and grow.
With teams ranging in age from Flag 5 & 6 to Tackle 14u, the Falcons offer a place for kids of all ages and backgrounds to come together and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Cheerleading groups are also available in the same age brackets.
The Larry Himmel Neighborhood Foundation is proud to support the San Diego Falcons Football & Cheer program and encourages others in the community to do the same.
