U.S. Postal Service Certifies Ammar Campa-Najjar’s Address is in City of San Diego
Evidence Continues to Mount That Mayoral Candidate Does Not Live in Chula Vista
Chula Vista, California, September 28, 2022 – U.S. Postal Service provided Professional Private Investigator and former FBI agent, Lawrence Hamilton, a letter certifying that Mayoral Candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar’s primary residence for mail is Building 41 West, located on Fifth Avenue in the City of San Diego (See attachment).
Campa-Najjar has a pattern of misleading voters for his own personal gain by using his family’s addresses to run in different districts. For example, he used his mother’s Jamul address for 2018’s East County’s 50th Congressional District, his aunt’s Bonita address for 2020’s California State Assembly race, and now his cousin’s Chula Vista address for 2022’s Chula Vista Mayoral race.
Per Campa-Najjar’s own words he does not live in Chula Vista. A 2020 article has several statements he made about growing up in East County and not Chula Vista.

“My zip code, 91935” (The Zip Code for Jamul)
“I was born and raised in East County. I’m a ‘Jamuligan.’” (Reference to Jamul)
Hamilton, supervising the investigation, also has several pictures of Amazon packages left at the front door of Campa-Najjar’s condo door on Fifth Avenue in San Diego that are specifically addressed to Ammar and ‘AJ’ (Ammar’s nickname). From the outside packaging, these packages were for personal care items, like male facial cream and toilet paper (See attachment).
Hamilton has already found substantial evidence that Campa-Najjar does not live in Chula Vista. He discovered that Campa-Najjar had been living with his girlfriend, Congresswoman Sara Jacobs, every night at the condo for 32 nights straight even when Jacobs was away, never once attempting to stay in Chula Vista. Hamilton has obtained more than 70 videos and photos that show Campa-Najjar living at a condo, Building 41 West, located on Fifth Avenue in San Diego. Hamilton has agreed to sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that states he conducted an investigation. Videos and pictures were provided as evidence to the media.
