Candidate Profile: Doug Wolf for Chula Vista Elementary School District Board

Written by Nicholas Vetrisek

Doug Wolf is the Republican Party of San Diego County’s endorsed candidate for Chula Vista Elementary School District Seat 4.

Doug earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from CSU Long Beach. He is the owner of Chula Vista Mathnasium Center in Eastlake, which has helped over 1,500 students, and he’s also a substitute teacher in the Chula Vista Elementary School District.

Beyond that, Wolf is deeply involved in the community. He has lived in Chula Vista for 12 years and has three children, all of whom attended schools in the district. He is dedicated to Chula Vista and his policies will greatly benefit the district.

The main issue that Wolf is concerned about is balancing the budget. As someone with a background in business, Doug knows how to balance a budget and will ensure that there is fiscal accountability in the district. He will also ensure that the district can maximize student achievement during his tenure.

Doug Wolf will help the students of Chula Vista succeed. He has already helped thousands of students as a teacher and business owner, accumulating real world experience that is often missing on school boards. If elected, Doug will help the district as a whole and allow students to get the quality education that they deserve.
