Brian Maryott, Republican candidate for the 49th Congressional District, will be hosting a “Salute to Service” event honoring the brave men and women, both active duty and veterans, of the United States Military.
The free event will take place this Saturday from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Green Oak Ranch. You can see more information about the event and RSVP here if you’d like to attend. It will include the presentation of colors, free food, music, and outdoor activities. Speakers at the event will include Brian Maryott and other special guests. A moment of silence will also be held in memory of the nine Marines who recently lost their lives off San Clemente Island.

Maryott has been a staunch supporter of all those who protect our country, whether they be serving in law enforcement or in the military. His appreciation for the military should be reflected by all Americans.
This is especially true in light of tragedies, when it’s important to remember the sacrifices that those who serve our country make every day. Our freedom isn’t free.
