Dhillon practices a broad range of civil litigation at her San Francisco-based law firm. A frequent television news commentator and a legal affairs columnist, she spoke at the White House’s Social Media Summit and has appeared on Fox News many times. From violations of First Amendment rights to employee discrimination, Dhillon and Publius Lex take on cases that protect the civil rights and individual freedoms of those who are marginalized by big tech or the government.
Currently, she and her team are seeking justice for Portland journalist Andy Ngo, who has written for National Review and The Wall Street Journal. While covering the Antifa protests in his city on June 29, Ngo was brutally assaulted by multiple members of Antifa and suffered a brain hemorrhage. Portland law enforcement refused to help his case and address the repeated violence of Antifa.
“They’re working towards a political revolution. They’re made up of anarchists and communists. And these acts of violence and vandalism are meant to not only target citizens, but they’re meant to polarize society. It’s meant to de-legitimize our institutions that uphold the law … They have a lot of hate for law enforcement, for border enforcement,” Ngo said.
Dhillon has proven to be a vital contributor in protecting the fundamental rights of American citizens, from both governmental and private actors. She has stood by those who have been maliciously targeted for their political views, making her an instrumental figure in defense of liberty and constitutional rights.
