In Oakland,\u00a0human trafficking victims as young as 15<\/a>\u00a0are brought from Nevada by their pimps, sent to walk the streets nearly naked in front of an elementary school.<\/p>\n

But thanks to legislative Democrats and Governor Newsom,\u00a0local cops are hamstrung<\/a>\u00a0by a\u00a0new law that legalized loitering<\/a>\u00a0for the purpose of prostitution.<\/p>\n

When he signed the bill,\u00a0Gov. Newsom committed<\/a>\u00a0to \u201cmitigate\u201d any impacts, but that\u2019s proven to be yet another empty promise from the governor.<\/p>\n

Now that the tragic consequences of the new law are becoming clear, Californians deserve to know \u2013 will Democrats continue enabling human traffickers or backtrack on their misguided law and finally protect vulnerable girls?<\/p>\n
