Jones has a perfect voting record major job, small business, and economy related measures ranked by the California Chamber of Commerce and National Federation of Independent Business during the 2021-22 legislative session<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

El CAJON<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 On its recent \u201cCalChamber Vote Record,\u201d the California Chamber of Commerce announced that Senator Brian W. Jones (R-Santee) was the only State Senator to receive a perfect score, concurring with the Chamber\u2019s position on 15 major jobs, business, and economy related measures.<\/p>\n

\u201cSenator Brian Jones has always been a solid vote for creating and saving jobs, fighting against burdensome regulations, and strengthening California businesses,\u201d stated Marty Wilson, Executive Vice President of the California Chamber of Commerce.\u00a0\u201cThe workers and businesses in East and North San Diego County greatly benefit from the strong representation of Brian Jones.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The 15 major measures included legislation authored by Republicans and Democrats, and bills supported by the Chamber as well as \u201cjob killer\u201d bills opposed by the Chamber.\u00a0Click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to view the Chamber\u2019s 2022 scorecard.<\/p>\n

Similarly, on its recent \u201cVoting Record on Small Business Issues,\u201d the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) announced that Jones was one of two State Senators to receive a perfect score, concurring with the NFIB\u2019s position on 11 major small businesses-related measures.<\/p>\n

\u201cSenator Brian Jones was one of only two members of the Senate to earn a perfect score representing small businesses and their employees,\u201d stated John Kabateck, California state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).\u00a0\u201cBrian Jones is the Senate champion for small businesses in San Diego and throughout California.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
