The average gas price for a regular gallon of gas has risen again for the 13th consecutive day with little sign of dropping. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has now risen by 16.2\u00a2 in just 13 days, something that all Californians may begin to experience as the California gas tax, which went into effect July 1st, increased by 5.6%.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The average record that Californians faced was $6.37. It has now dropped by roughly 98<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a2 &#8211; that is until it began to rise again.
