I wanted to reach out personally to deliver the amazing news! The final filing deadline passed and I am officially running for reelection unopposed on the November ballot.\u00a0That means I will have the honor of serving as your District Attorney for a second term.<\/strong><\/p>\n I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for your support and for sharing my goal of delivering justice, protecting the most vulnerable victims and keeping our neighborhoods safe. Every single one of our supporters has given so much to this movement and to our campaign, and it has made all the difference.<\/p>\n The outpouring\u00a0support we received throughout this campaign has been truly humbling and reinforces to me our core mission: upholding the rule of law and never playing politics with San Diego\u2019s safety.\u00a0So truly, thank you.\u00a0For everything.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n It\u2019s the honor of my life to serve as your District Attorney and I won\u2019t ever stop fighting to protect every San Diegan in every neighborhood.
