Biden seeks to further restrict gun control by misinforming his young voters by blatantly lying to them. For example, Biden says in his speech on new gun regulations he says \u201cGun manufacturers have full immunity to lawsuits” and \u201cat gun shows you are exempt from background checks\u201d.<\/p>\n
While there was an amount of truth to his gun show claim the White House says that Biden was supposed to say that some sales go off without a background check and it’s a minor occurrence. The law of gun exchanges is that all gun sellers at gun shows must have licenses for selling firearms however, this is where the law doesn’t require a license if you \u201cmake occasional sales or exchanges, purchases a firearm for collections as a hobby\u201d. Biden then goes on and attempts to invalidate your 2nd Amendment rights and proceeds to say \u201cNothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment. There are phony arguments suggesting that these are second amendment rights at stake for what we\u2019re talking about. But no amendment, no amendment to the constitution is absolute.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Constitution states \u201cShall not be infringed\u201d for a reason. However, Joe Biden feels the need to be in charge of your Constitutional Rights and thinks he should determine how the Constitution should be interpreted.<\/p>\n
In the aftermath of the Sandy Hook shooting the parents of the victims sued Remington, a popular gun manufacturer, as the shooter used a Remington AR15 rifle to commit the Sandy Hook school shooting. Remington later had to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to the lawsuits.<\/p>\n
Under Biden’s new order he will make law-abiding American citizens pay hundreds of dollars for owning a firearm that had been legal before. If you don’t comply with the fines, be prepared for federal officers to show up at your doorstep with handcuffs ready to throw you in jail and label you a felon.<\/p>\n
