On Wednesday, the American Civil Liberties Union called on the Biden Administration to shut down 39 ICE facilities throughout the nation, including one in San Diego: Otay Mesa Detention Center.<\/span><\/p>\n The ACLU’s name would imply that they are supposed to deal with the civil liberties of Americans, not illegal aliens.
