He anticipates the loans and grants of up to $20,000 in aid to help small businesses retain workers and sustain remote or reduced operations. They should be prepared to provide proof of COVID-19 hardships and a city business liscence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a city, it\u2019s important to work together during this crisis in order to support our fellow citizens.
