Farming jobs fell by 600 from 8,700 in November to 8,100 in December. This is the third month in a row that the county\u2019s unemployment rate was below 3%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All this great news, however, hasn\u2019t stopped alarmism from Democrats who claim that only the rich are benefiting from the booming economy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sen. and presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren\u2019s (D-MA) website claims that we need to \u201cbuild an economy that works for everyone\u201d and she has claimed on multiple occasions that the economy is only working for \u201cthe wealthy and well-connected.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response to a tweet about the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/business\/markets\/dow-soars-past-29-000-first-time-brushing-weak-jobs-n1113481\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dow soaring past 29,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) tweeted:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The Dow soars, wages don\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>Inequality in a nutshell. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hD1g1y4uBk\">https:\/\/t.co\/hD1g1y4uBk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AOC\/status\/1216157271924924416?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 12, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At a Pittsburgh Union workers rally, former Vice President Joe Biden falsely claimed \u201cthere was a $2 trillion tax cut last year. Did you feel it? Did you get anything from it? Of course not\u2026All of it went to folks at the top and corporations.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) asserted, with no evidence, \u201cUnfortunately, the evidence shows that most of the economic gains continue to benefit those already well off\u201d in response to an extraordinary jobs report for April 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) falsely claimed that 83% of the benefits from GOP tax cuts went to the top 1%. Surprisingly, the claim was deemed false by none other than CNN, which said, \u201cThis isn\u2019t true right now, but if certain tax cuts are not extended, it will be the case in 2027.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s incredible that Democrats across the country, including all of the presidential front runners, are fear-mongering about what is considered to be one of the greatest economic states in history.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, it&#8217;s really no surprise. Democrats are desperate to win the 2020 election, and they have shown that they will do whatever is necessary to win\u2014which is very evident by the partisan impeachment they are currently pursuing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luckily, Americans are smart and Democrats&#8217; smoke and mirror show isn\u2019t working.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data show the consumer confidence levels under the Trump administration have hit new highs. Furthermore, 2019\u2019s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales hit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/11\/30\/black-friday-shoppers-spend-record-7point4-billion.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">record breaking highs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sales for the 2019 Holiday season rose 3.4% to $723 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fox business recently published an article, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/markets\/trump-2020-election-win-us-economy-impact\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trump 2020 win could turbocharge US economy: Wall Street<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in which they highlight, \u201ca record 127 consecutive months of expansion and an unemployment rate at a 50-year low of 3.5 percent\u201d The author goes on to say, \u201cthe economy has been bolstered by Trump\u2019s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which lowered the top corporate rate from 35 percent to 21 percent and reduced personal income taxes for many Americans.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Despite apocolyptic predictions from Democrats regarding our local and national economy, we&#8217;re doing just fine.
