Hur found evidence Biden committed a crime, but opted not to charge him \u2013 in part because of his \u201cdiminished faculties.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>My exchange with Hur is being called the \u201cmost newsworthy part\u201d of the six-hour hearing and the \u201cmost viral clip.\u201d I asked him: \u201cA reasonable juror could have voted to convict [Biden] based on the facts?\u201d Hur responded: \u201cCorrect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For Biden and Democrats on the committee, who absurdly called Hur\u2019s report an \u201cexoneration,\u201d this was nothing short of a disaster. You can watch the key moment\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MAGAIncWarRoom\/status\/1767601112331235551\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\">here<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and my full five minutes of questioning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gSufNAD_B7I\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\">here<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I also gave a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6VLNoTkBeU0\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\">State of the Union rebuttal<\/span><\/a>\u00a0from the House Floor, identifying and refuting Biden\u2019s 10 most delusional statements. It turns out they had quite a bit in common with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EhvRi4LE0Zc\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\">Newsom\u2019s delusional statements<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in the Fox News debate.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of Newsom, things keep getting worse for him. His approval rating is the \u201clowest since he took office.\u201d And in a clear vote of no confidence, his signature Proposition 1 initiative is at risk of failing; the vote count is essentially tied despite Newsom spending $12 million.<\/p>\n<p>New job numbers show California is second worst in the nation, while new crime numbers show we lead the nation in car thefts. The good news is we\u2019re getting closer to qualifying the initiative to end Prop. 47 with a month to go \u2013 you can still share\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.electkevinkiley.com\/prop47\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\">End47.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to help get signatures.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, our investigation of American universities continues, with a hearing to interrogate Columbia\u2019s President.
