Keith J. Bushey, from Speigletown, New York, will be relieved by Cmdr. Elizabeth E. McMullen, from Lynn, Massachusetts, as NTAG Southwest\u2019s commanding officer.<\/p>\n<p>Under Bushey\u2019s leadership NTAG Southwest recruited 7,897 Future Sailors which directly supported the fleet\u2019s manning requirements and ensured that the Navy has the highest quality Sailors in order to project American influence where it is needed the most.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat the Sailors and civilians of NTAG Southwest achieved in the most challenging recruiting environment in our nation\u2019s history is nothing short of remarkable.\u00a0 They were as committed to personal and professional development as they were to achieving recruiting excellence,\u201d said Bushey.\u00a0 \u201cIt was an absolute honor to lead Navy Recruiting Command\u2019s Flagship NTAG and I am certain that we achieved our mission of manning the Fleet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bushey\u2019s follow on assignment will be Reserve Talent Acquisition Group Southwest, where he will serve as it\u2019s first ever Commanding Officer.<\/p>\n<p>For those not able to attend, the ceremony will be live-streamed on the NTAG Southwest Facebook page at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ntagsw\/live\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ntagsw\/live\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For more information regarding the change of command, please contact NTAG Southwest Public Affairs Officer via email at <a href=\"mailto:Charles.e.white1.mil@us.navy.mil\">Charles.e.white1.mil@us.navy.mil<\/a> or call 619-524-6707.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Media Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any media who can come onto the museum ship can view a ceremony in order to capture b-roll.
